The Policy Officer, Large Load Policy is responsible for contributing to research, analysis and policy projects that support the State’s transition to renewable energy and net zero emissions, with a focus on the development of large load policy, including data centres in Victoria.
The Policy Officer’s well-developed qualitative and quantitative research and analytical capabilities assist in the preparation of reports, briefs, presentations and correspondence on relatively complex issues and under tight timeframes.
This position requires strong communication skills and an ability to build and maintain relationships, as well as an understanding of energy markets and built environment, or a keen interest in learning more about the energy sector.

This is fixed term position available until 30 June 2028. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
