Policy Officer
The Role
A Policy Officer researches, develops, and evaluates policies and plays a role in shaping policy by analysing issues, formulating recommendations, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure policies are effective and aligned with relevant goals.

The position of Policy Officer forms a part of the Policy & Strategy branch within the Skills and TAFE group.
Skills and TAFE (S&T) focuses on enabling Victorians to access the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to participate in today's workforce, prepare for future jobs, and achieve their educational aspirations. Policy and Strategy Branch (PSB) leads the system and strategic policy settings of Victoria's VET system so that it delivers high quality outcomes for learners and the Victorian economy.
