The Justice System Policy and Reform. Unit (JSPR) is a business unit within Justice System Coordination and Reform. (JSCR) group of the Department of Justice and Community Safety (DJCS). JSCR collaborates with partners across the justice system, including with key entities and the courts, and other parts of the department to ensure policy reform. is strategic, relevant, holistic and people-centred.
