THE ROLE
Working in the Child Protection Policy and Legislation unit within the Children and Families Division, this position will undertake a range of policy work and contribute to priority projects and initiatives related to the statutory Child Protection system.
This will involve supporting the Manager and Senior Policy Officers with research activities, preparation of policy advice, papers and briefs, and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute to policy advice regarding the Child Protection system and the legislation underpinning Child Protection in Victoria.
The position will contribute to a unit with policy and project delivery responsibilities, requires high level written and verbal communication skills.
