THE ROLE
The Policy and Projects Officer, Housing Insights will be primarily responsible for project management and data, insights and data visualisation of Housing Insights reporting and analytical products. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, problem-solving, reporting, and data analysis skills. Additionally, they will feel at ease managing competing priorities in a high-performing, fast-paced setting. You will work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, interpret data to develop meaningful insights, and take steps to ensure key projects and outputs are timely, accurate and relevant.

- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment, with excellent attention to detail?
- A team player who works collaboratively with colleagues and takes a creative approach to problem-solving?
- Skilled in adapting your writing and communication style for different audiences and briefing products?
- Looking to apply and build your data analytics and visualisation capabilities to support evidence-based policy to improve outcomes in social and affordable housing?
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement, develop project plans with clear objectives, and ensure project milestones are met by anticipating emerging issues and monitoring performance for key projects and contracts.
- Support Victoria's participation in national housing and homelessness data working groups and data improvement activities.
- Draft briefings, presentations and submissions for senior management and key stakeholders, accurately and concisely reporting analysis and metrics from a range of data sources.
