The ICT Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst position facilitates the delivery of project and portfolio outcomes across the ISD led projects portfolio, along with supporting the delivery of broader ICT projects across DEECA. The role is responsible for the maintenance, improvement and enforcement of the ICT Project Framework standards, portfolio governance, compliance and reporting processes. The role will review and improve the way projects are delivered through establishing forward planning processes to inform better decision making as projects are planned, are delivered and are closed.
Reporting to the Manager Common Capabilities, the PMO Analyst will work with the PMO team, project delivery branch leads & other stakeholders (including Directors, and Executive Directors) across ISD, CSG and DEECA groups. The role occupant is required to have strong analytical capabilities, will be able to communicate effectively and influence in complex situations & understands and advocates the value of project standards and best practice methods.

This is a fixed term position available until 22 May 2026. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria (primary office is Melbourne CBD) with hybrid work arrangements available.
