The Opportunity
The Platform Support Lead Microsoft D-365 & Power Platform, Technology & Data leads the support function for VicGrid's Finance & Procurement Systems on Microsoft Dynamics-365. The role drives continuous improvement, problem solving, and administration of all D-365 modules and the Power Platform. The D-365 modules include Finance, Project Operations and Intelligent Order Management.
What you will deliver
Platform Management & Support
- Lead the operational support and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics-365 (Finance, Project Operations and Intelligent Order Management) and Power Platform.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and data integrity through proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
- Manage system upgrades, releases, and patching cycles in collaboration with Microsoft and internal teams.
- Define and manage the platform management plan to ensure the platform is up to date with security patches and functional updates as relevant
- Manage operational and financial reporting for D-365 and Power Platform licenses and support operations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Manage the relationship with platform vendor and platform support partners to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Establish and manage governance processes and forums to track and manage platform performance and service levels.
- Define and manage support processes for D-365 and Power Platform issues, along with platform support and application support vendor partners
What you will bring
Specialist/Technical Expertise
- Proven experience in managing, supporting, and enhancing MS D-365 and Power Platform in a complex enterprise environment.
- Relevant experience leading platform management and support operations on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of technology architectures and cloud native solutions (Azure preferred).
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure services (Foundational + FinOps)
- Experience in establishing and managing ITIL aligned framework and service management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage vendors, and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Microsoft Certified in relevant D0365 modules, Power Platform, Azure
