About the Role
As our Platform Architect (ServiceNow), you'll be the technical heart of our ServiceNow ecosystem defining the platform's architecture, setting the standards, and ensuring every solution we build is scalable, secure, and built to last. From shaping data models and integration patterns to governing solution designs and maintaining alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks, your work will have a direct and lasting impact on how we deliver ServiceNow solutions across the organisation. You'll also play a leading role in our ServiceNow Design Authority, bringing your expertise to the table in key decisions that shape the platform's direction.
This is a role where technical depth meets strategic influence. You'll engage closely with project delivery teams and the ServiceNow platform team to develop and evolve our ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap, while providing trusted architectural guidance to a broad community of architects, experience designers, developers, analysts, and testers. Beyond the technical work, you'll be a go-to advisor for stakeholders across the organisation providing clear and compelling guidance that helps the business move forward with confidence. If you're passionate about building platforms that go beyond functionality to genuinely address business needs, scale with confidence, and stand up over the long term, this is an opportunity to leave your mark.
