About the role
The Planning and Reporting Analyst will be involved in the preparation and delivery of several of the Finance Division’s key outputs. Specifically, the role will be responsible for preparing reports which provide accurate and insightful analysis of the Level Crossing Removal Project’s (LXRP) operational and financial performance for management and key stakeholders.
The role will also prepare budget/forecasts, maintain, and reconcile data in reporting systems, assist with resolving information requests from key stakeholders, support internal control processes and provide accounting support across the LXRP.

At LXRP we embrace and encourage flexibility, we work in a hybrid capacity, so you will work a mix of office and home. The team works 2 days in the office, with the anchor day being Tuesday plus another day of your choosing, typically Wednesday or Thursday.
We like to work together when it makes sense, so when working from the office you will find yourself in workshops, brainstorms, and real life catch ups with people as you build rapport with your key stakeholders across the business and within the industry.
Our office is based in the Melbourne CBD, and the office environment is lively, collaborative, and exciting. This is a 3-year fixed term position, paying a salary between $113,022 - $136,747 + superannuation.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess highly developed communications skills as well as outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and tasks effectively.
