The Planning Officer - Major and State Projects delivers and oversees environmental and biodiversity advice and maintains associated records. The Planning Officer works collaboratively with other members of the Major and State Projects team in the statewide Planning and Environment Assessment branch and stakeholders across the department to identify emerging issues, risks and trends impacting on the successful delivery of team priorities and develop solutions.
The Planning Officer prepares environmental and biodiversity advice for projects and maintains associated records. The Planning Officer works collaboratively with other members of the DEECA Major and State Projects team in the statewide Planning and Environment Assessment branch and stakeholders across the department.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
