About the role
The Planning and Coordination Officer provide operational and administrative support to assist in the delivery of regional initiatives, projects, and day-to-day activities. The role contributes to the planning, coordination, and monitoring of tasks to ensure regional and organisational objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
The Planning and Coordination Officer supports operational teams and direct reports, assisting with workforce coordination, project delivery, and team performance. The role also contributes to engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including Traditional Owners, community groups, and partners, supporting safe, accessible, and sustainable outcomes in line with organisational priorities.
This position supports Parks Victoria's ongoing transformation by enabling improvements in operational performance, service delivery, and the management of Victoria's parks and reserves.
