Position Summary
An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and patient-centred Grade 2 Physiotherapist to join the Western Health at Home teams working within the GEM at Home service on a temporary fixed term basis (19 January 2026 - 31 December 2026). Options exist for you to work in a full time or part time capacity.

The GEM at Home service provides patients with an alternative option to hospital based rehabilitation by offering holistic interdisciplinary assessment and care for older people with complex, chronic or multiple health conditions within their own home environment rather than in hospital.

Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s prison located in Ravenhall.
