• Days: 3 full days - negotiable (0800-1606, 19 hours per week)

We are looking for a Grade 2 Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Exercise Physiology Department at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. This is a part time, fixed-term role working across oncology and haematology, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to service development.
Your new role would involve:
Delivering high-quality physiotherapy care to patients with a variety of oncology-related conditions. A broad base of cardiorespiratory, neurological and orthopaedic skills is a great advantage in providing excellent care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Supervising and supporting junior staff and students to foster professional growth.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, patient-centred care. Contributing to quality improvement projects, research, and service development within the department.
Managing and treating lymphoedema, if qualified.
About you:
Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
Relevant clinical experience in acute oncology and haematology.
Consolidated cardiorespiratory, neurological and orthopaedic skills an advantage Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and proactively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Proven track record in clinical service delivery and achieving a range of outcomes effectively.
Leadership, research, and project management skills would be greatly valued.
Experience in lymphoedema management is an added advantage.
