About the role:
This is an ongoing part-time position at 30.4 hours/0.4 FTE per fortnight within the Physiotherapy Department.
You will be working with patients and families that receive support through the Complex Care Hub, providing expert assessment, intervention and advice to optimise the care of children with medical complexity at home. This includes, but is not limited to: training non-medical carers to complete physiotherapy treatment techniques where appropriate; providing assessment and interventions for eligible patients and their family where unmet needs are identified in conultation with the Complex Care Hub team; and initiating and supporting, where appropriate, referral to services within and external to RCH to obtain best outcomes for patients and families.
Classification for this position will range from VB7 - VC1 (base salary $104,135 to $118,981 per annum, plus superannuation).
