Inglewood & Districts Health Service (IDHS) is situated in the Shire of Loddon and provides services to more than 5,500 residents in the communities of Bridgewater, Inglewood, Korong Vale, Newbridge, Serpentine, Tarnagulla, Wedderburn and surrounding townships.
All IDHS facilities are conveniently located on one site – encompassing urgent care, acute, community and residential aged care.

Inglewood District Health Services Community and Allied Health Team are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Physiotherapist with an interest in rural health, to join our friendly and skilled multi-disciplinary team.
Position Title: Physiotherapist Grade 1-3
Classification: Dependent on qualifications and experience
Salary range per hour: $40-55 (dependent upon grade & experience) + superannuation + generous salary packaging option
Employment Type: 0.6-0.8 FTE with 12-month fixed tenure (Maternity Leave). Flexible commencement date between December 2025 and January 2026.

The Position
Come and join the IDHS Community and Allied Health Services team, with a well renowned supportive workplace culture and an opportunity to work alongside experienced Allied Health Professionals.
In this role you will work autonomously in a supported environment, undertake a varied and diverse workload and provide interventions in predominately centre based settings (including some outreach work at other sites), making a true difference to our clients' independence and well-being. This role requires a generalist physiotherapy skill set and works across both bed based and outpatient services.
The successful applicant will have a strong interest in working in rural healthcare and be willing to gain experience in various clinical and non-clinical roles. You will be supported by and work closely with other physiotherapists, management and the broader team to grow your career.
Our multidisciplinary team includes Exercise Physiology, Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Mental Health Services, Chronic Disease Management, Outpatient Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, Diabetes Education and Speech Pathology services.
