Pharmacist (Grade 1 or 2) - Immunisations
About the Role
This is a Permanent Full-Time position at 80 hour per fortnight, or Part-Time would be considered at 48 hours per fortnight, within the Immunisation Centre and Pharmacy Department.
In this position you will be responsible for monitoring and ordering of vaccine supply, providing advice through the telephone advice line and the opportunity to be part of the immunisations team. A strong emphasis on regular medication and patient-focused pharmacy activities is expected, including medication review, dispensing and counselling, treatment review and liaison with other health professionals, to ensure safe and appropriate medication use, compliance with hospital policies and timely provision of services.

About Pharmacy Department:
We are a team of around 70 staff including pharmacists, technicians, and administrators. Our supportive and collaborative teams include Outpatients, Children’s Cancer Centre, Clinical Pharmacy, Clinical trials, and Medicines Information, HiTH and Sterile Services and the Pharmacy Business Unit.
