About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our dynamic hospital pharmacy team in a full-time, fixed term position. You will become an integral member of our expanding pharmacy department, which currently includes twenty-one pharmacists, three interns, nine pharmacy technicians, and support staff.
In this role, you will contribute to a highly collaborative team delivering comprehensive regional pharmacy services. Your responsibilities will include clinical ward pharmacy, providing drug information, and rotations across inpatient and outpatient settings. Additionally, you may be involved in the preparation of aseptic and chemotherapy products, supporting specialised patient care.
