About the Role:
This is a Permanent Full-Time position at 1 FTE/80 hours per fortnight within the Pharmacy Department.
You will be responsible for the provision of a high-quality Clinical Pharmacy Services to wards at The Royal Children's Hospital along with some Outpatient rotations and Sterile Production. Early career pharmacists will have the opportunity to develop a portfolio of practice to enable progression to a grade 2 pharmacist. Rotations will include specialist areas such a general medicine, surgical, cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, developmental medicine, neonatology, intensive care and metabolic medicine.
Classification for this position will range from Grade 1 Year 1 – Grade 1 Year 6 (SW5 – SW10, base salary $68,244.80 to $91,785.20 per annum, plus superannuation) or Grade 2 Year 1 – Grade 2 Year 4 (SX2 – SX5, base salary $94,478.80 to $106,906.80).

About The Department:
We are a team of around 70 staff including pharmacists, technicians, and administrators. Our supportive and collaborative teams include Outpatients, Children’s Cancer Centre, Clinical Pharmacy, Clinical trials, and Medicines Information, HiTH and Sterile Services and the Pharmacy Business Unit.
