Central Highlands Rural Health is fast becoming the preferred Home Care Package provider in our region. We seek Personal Care Assistants to join our team.
We seek PCA who have a strong desire to work in the rural community providing a range of pesonal care activities with the community-based clients of the transition care and home care packages programs, and to Department of Veteran Affairs Community Nursing clients.
As directed by the PCA Coordinator, the responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to assisting clients with activities of daily living, respite, transport and low-level therapeutic rehabilitation, predominantly in the client's home.

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
