In this rewarding role, you'll provide high‑quality, client‑centred care to Home Support Program and Transition Care clients, assisting with:
We proudly deliver a friendly, professional service across the Hepburn Shire and Macedon Ranges, with the flexibility to work from one of our local sites in Creswick, Clunes, Daylesford, Trentham, or Kyneton.
Confidence with rural driving is an advantage, as the role includes transporting clients to appointments throughout the region.

Salary: IN38 (Grade 2 Health Care Worker) @ $31.65 Per hour + superannuation + 25% casual loading + access to salary packaging
