Do you have a caring nature and a passion for supporting people to live well at home? Central Highlands Rural Health is looking for compassionate and motivated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our Care at Home team on a casual basis.
Role Statement:
As part of our Community Nursing & Personal Care Program, you'll work with clients receiving support through:
Home Care Packages/Support at Home
Transition Care Program
Department of Veterans' Affairs
Your role will include providing:
Assistance with personal care and daily living activities
Respite and companionship
Transport and community access
Low-level therapeutic rehabilitation
Support that empowers clients to remain independent at home
What We're Looking For:
A warm, reliable, and professional approach to care
A genuine desire to work in rural and regional communities
Minimum Certificate III in Aged and Community Services (or equivalent)
Current First Aid Certificate
Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts and locations on a casual basis

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
