About the role:
Join the Nursing and Midwifery Directorate at Western Health as a Personal Assistant supporting the Directors of Nursing and Midwifery (DONMs). In this dynamic and varied role, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to senior nursing leadership, ensuring efficient administrative and coordination functions are delivered with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
Working closely with the DONMs, you will support the coordination of meetings, projects, recruitment processes and communications that contribute to the effective delivery of nursing and midwifery leadership priorities across the Directorate
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to nursing and midwifery leadership priorities while working across multiple Western Health sites.
Key responsibilities:
Manage complex diaries, correspondence, meeting coordination, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions to support portfolio priorities.
Support portfolio initiatives through documentation preparation, tracking actions, maintaining project records and assisting with presentations.
Coordinate recruitment activities via PeopleHub, organise interview logistics, and assist onboarding and workforce documentation processes.
Assist with events, recognition initiatives, workshops, travel arrangements and office coordination across sites.
Assist with managing competing priorities, maintaining workflows and supporting the effective delivery of portfolio activities.
