The Wildlife Licensing team is seeking a passionate Permissions Officer to support effective Conservation Regulation outcomes. In this role, you will assess and determine private and commercial wildlife licence applications, provide guidance to customers on licensing requirements and obligations, and ensure the efficient administration of licences and permits under the Wildlife Act 1975 and Wildlife Regulations 2024.
Working as part of the Wildlife Licensing team, you will deliver high-quality and timely licensing decisions, lead consultation with internal and external stakeholders during assessments, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support best-practice regulation.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
