Performance Analyst
The Role
We're looking for a curious and analytical Performance Analyst with experience in data analysis, research, or performance reporting—ideally in a government or policy context. The ideal candidate will be skilled in interpreting complex data, using tools and software, and communicating insights clearly to diverse audiences.

The position of Performance Analyst forms a part of the Office of TAFE Coordination and Delivery within the Skills and TAFE group.
Skills and TAFE (S&T) focuses on enabling Victorians to access the knowledge, skills and attributes they need to participate in today's workforce, prepare for future jobs, and achieve their educational aspirations. The Office of TAFE Coordination and Delivery (OTCD) incorporating the TAFE Strategy, Systems and Tertiary Governance branch and the TAFE Performance, Finance and Infrastructure branch, plays a system leadership and management role for the Victorian TAFE Network (VTN) across Victoria.
