The Opportunity:
The People Experience department drives Holmesglen’s strategic objectives by building a capable, resilient and engaged workforce. The team delivers core HR services including workforce planning, talent acquisition, organisational development, safety and wellbeing, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion. We are committed to professional excellence, integrity, and delivering contemporary HR solutions that support staff, leaders and the wider community.
The People Partnerships Manager will lead the implementation of a contemporary HR business partner model, guiding the transition of the Talent Acquisition team into a strategic, solutions-focused function. This role partners with leaders across Holmesglen to drive workforce planning, talent strategies and employee engagement, while providing expert advice on people matters to build a capable, inclusive and high-performing workforce.
