About the Role:
As our People Partner, you will use your specialist skills to make a significant and positive impact, actively partnering with and coaching leaders, building their skills and confidence in managing people-related matters and fostering positive team dynamics.You will guide managers and the organisation through effective case management including grievances, performance management, and investigations. Your focus will be on navigating these challenges fairly, respectfully, and effectively. Serving as a key interpreter of the Victorian Public Service Enterprise Agreement. You will translate complex conditions into practical advice, empowering leaders with the confidence and knowledge to make sound decisions.
