The Opportunity:
The People Experience department supports the Institute in achieving its strategic objectives by maximising the capability and impact of our people. The team plays a vital role in addressing internal and external challenges to build a sustainable, resilient workforce and facilitates all core HR functions, including strategic planning, cultural initiatives, capability development, OHS, workforce planning, talent acquisition, recognition and engagement, performance management, and workforce relations.
The People Operations Manager leads high-quality HR services across Holmesglen, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and consistency. You will provide expert advice to managers and staff on employment conditions, remuneration, leave, and organisational policy. This role oversees the People Operations team, ensures accurate HR administration and timely delivery of employee data, and maintains a strong partnership with Payroll. A key focus is improving HR systems, processes, and data insights to support decision-making and enhance the employee experience.
