The People and Culture function at VIT are on a major transformational phase to improve ways of working and enhancing employee experience.
The People Experience and Transformation Manager role is a 12-month fixed term role that offers dynamic and challenging opportunities to oversee the full system landscape, including HR and workforce modules. This role will be responsible for sourcing a HRIS solution following a detailed requirements validation process and will lead the business through final design decisions and into a structured, well-governed implementation phase.
The successful incumbent will work closely with the Director P&C as the primary business owner for the system, and will lead a working group of specialist team members across HR, payroll and IT.
You will bring substantial experience in P&C systems and payroll, and improving people compliance processes to reduce risk, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and employees.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience on People and Culture operational service delivery (end-to-end), systems and reporting, including leading the transition and integration of new systems, and ensure effective education, adoption and ongoing support for P&C teams, leaders and employees.
In addition, the successful candidate will have extensive experience and a solid background in shaping enterprise-wide talent acquisition, sourcing and recruitment practices.
