As we continue to grow our workforce, we are seeking an experienced and people-focused People and Culture Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. This is an excellent opportunity to influence organisational outcomes, partner with leaders across the business, and contribute to a positive, purpose-driven workplace.
About the role:
As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with leaders and stakeholders across WIC to provide strategic and operational human resources support. You will play a key role in delivering contemporary People & Culture initiatives that build organisational capability, enhance employee experience and support the achievement of WIC's strategic objectives.

You are an experienced HR practitioner with strong business partnering capability and the confidence to influence, challenge and support stakeholders at a range of levels. You build trusted relationships, provide sound and pragmatic advice, and are comfortable navigating complex and sensitive workplace matters.
