About the opportunity
As a People & Culture Business Partner you will support the creation of tailored People and Culture strategies for SRLA Divisions. The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and play a role in facilitating the transformation and continuous improvement of People practices, aligning with the strategic objectives of SRLA. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and implementation of P&C initiatives, working closely with the Senior People and Culture Business Partner/s to achieve this. This is a fixed term, 12-month opportunity with scope for full time and 0.8 part time arrangements. For further information please refer to the position description.
