Role description
This role will see you provide guidance across both Dhelkaya Health as well as contracted health services on a range of matters across the employee lifecycle including performance management, employee relations, talent development, coaching and remuneration.
Crucial to your success in this role is your ability to contribute to a range of people matters, both reactive and proactive, with tenacity and enthusiasm. This will come from your well-developed generalist experience as a trusted people partner. Your HR experience will span across the whole employee life cycle, including exposure to Enterprise Agreements, people performance and issue resolution.
About you
You have well developed interpersonal skills and are able to communicate to a range of stakeholder groups and leadership levels. You operate with a high level of emotional intelligence and collaboration, with a natural ability to build and retain relationships with key stakeholders.
