About the role
The People & Culture (P&C) branch are seeking a proactive and detailed-orientated administrator, to support a variety of people-related processes across the full employee life cycle, looking for an opportunity develop a solid foundation for their career within P&C.
Under the guidance of the People & Culture Business Partner, the role is responsible for supporting staff through the employee lifecycle in a way that creates a positive experience for prospective, new and existing employees.
In addition, you will contribute to a variety of HR operational tasks and have the opportunity to be part of exciting projects and initiatives such as large scale early career recruitment, on-boarding, and cyclical P&C activities.
