About the role
You will work collaboratively within a team of Business Partners and Advisors to strategically address systemic HR issues while providing responsive advice and practical support on a broad range of complex people matters. You will partner with senior leaders to advance the capability and culture of their teams and support the achievement of business objectives, including through organisational development and change management initiatives.
You will coach and support managers and staff to enhance business effectiveness and decision-making capability and provide high level advice to facilitate the resolution of employee matters and mitigate the risk of workplace relations issues.
You'll also provide mentoring and training on best practice to our People Advisors, ensuring staff and managers experience seamless and high-quality advice in the management of all people related matters.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
