What You Will Do:
As the People and Culture Coordinator (P&C Coordinator), you will play an important role within a small People and Culture team of two, providing high-quality, accurate and timely advice across a range of HR related matters. You will deliver exceptional customer service, build strong working relationships across the organisation, and positively promote the organisation.
The P&C Coordinator is a key contributor in developing and exemplifying standards of delivering effective and compliant administration and support services to both internal and external stakeholders in accordance with relevant Shrine Policies and organisational directives.
