About the Role:
The People and Culture Coordinator supports the effective delivery of day-to-day core people and culture activities at Energy Safe. Working as part of the broader People and Culture team, this role provides coordination, administrative and operational support across key stages of the employee lifecycle, ensuring people processes are delivered in a timely, accurate and consistent manner.
The P&C Coordinator acts as a first point of contact for routine people enquiries, providing clear and consistent information, and playing a key role to foster a positive employee experience and the overall effectiveness of the People & Culture division.
