What You'll Do
Reporting to the Director People and Culture, you will build strong, trusted relationships across your portfolio, providing high‑quality P&C advice and support aligned with organisational policy and best practice. You will lead and mentor the People and Culture Support Officer, guiding the successful delivery of key P&C activities including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and a range of wellbeing initiatives. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to design and deliver the annual e‑learning program and play an integral role in implementing the new enterprise agreement. This is a part time (0.8FTE) parental leave position with an anticipated start date of Monday 1 June 2026.
What You'll Bring
The successful candidate will have relevant HR qualifications and hands-on experience in HR administration, with strong capability using Microsoft applications and HR systems, ideally Chris21 and HROnboard. With excellent communication skills and a sound understanding of employment legislation, you can interpret policies and provide clear, practical advice to stakeholders. You are highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing competing priorities while handling sensitive information with discretion. A collaborative team player, you bring experience working within a P&C team to develop policies, programs and process improvements that support a positive culture. Experience with LMS platforms (ideally ELMO) will be advantageous. You are seeking a part-time role within a close-knit team for up to 12 months.
