About the Role
This entry level HR role is part of a recently established function providing general HR support and improving the manager and employee experience navigating people related services. As a Consultant in the People Advisory team, you will provide customer focused HR services to VPS employees of the department. You will have the opportunity to develop as a HR all-rounder, providing advice and guidance on people matters, developing self-service resources and support process improvements.
This role is open to candidates from a wide range of backgrounds, including (but not limited to) customer service, call centre experience, general business or administration support, and early career HR professionals looking to broaden their skill set.

The People Strategy and Operations (VPS) Division is responsible for managing HR operations and providing strategic support for both corporate staff and accommodation services. It oversees corporate environments, sustainability initiatives, payroll, recruitment, policy development, workplace relations, and workforce management. Operating under a values-based framework, the division prioritizes meeting client needs and improving policies and processes, to deliver on our corporate responsibilities.
