About the role
The P&C Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor, delivering end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle. The role partners with leaders and employees to provide practical HR guidance, ensure policy and legislative compliance, manage employee relations matters, and support strategic initiatives that strengthen culture, organisational performance, and the overall employee experience.
The role supports leaders in managing employee and industrial relations matters, workforce planning, staff transitions, and compliance with policies and legislation. It requires strong stakeholder partnerships, data analysis and reporting capability, and contribution to HR process improvements. The business seeks practical, solutions-focused HR support that strengthens leadership capability and organisational effectiveness.
