About YPARC
YPARC is a sub-acute Youth residential service, that provides recovery focused and evidenced-based mental health care. The service is co-run with Austin Health and Mind Australia as a non-clinical service provider, in a model that combines developmentally appropriate clinical, recovery based and peer work. A YPARC stay is a short, intense period of support in the individual’s recovery journey of around 2 - 4 weeks’ duration.

About the role
As the Patient Services Assistant (PSA) you will play an important role in assisting the multi-disciplinary team with patient care. You will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout all areas of the YPARC facility. This is a permanent, full time opportunity to play a vital role in a vibrant, innovative, therapeutic team who work together to improve outcomes for young people aged 16 - 25 years of age.
