Key Responsibilities:
In this vital role, you'll support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and their families to access health care, Maternal Child Health services, and community supports across the City of Melton and Moorabool Shires.
You'll work closely with the Program Coordinator and local stakeholders to deliver meaningful community events and health initiatives.
Your ability to build trust, foster relationships, and promote culturally safe care will be key to improving health outcomes for First Nations children.
