THE ROLE
The Partnership Lead sits within the Service Delivery and Partnership Support team and plays a pivotal role in engaging with Disability Homes Victoria's (DHV) operational partners, such as Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers, through forums, capacity development functions, and place-based community engagements. The role will drive engagement and develop strategic methods to manage collaboration agreements across several providers and include regular reviews and tracking of service delivery improvement opportunities.
