An exciting opportunity to join our team and play an important role in the Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership (Academy).
About the Role
We are looking for four people for the following four roles:
The Participant and Program Support Officer plays a key role in supporting the Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership's Regional Division in the provision of high-quality professional learning, contextualised and responsive to the needs of school leaders and teachers in Regional Victoria and surrounding areas. The role works directly with participants to provide program resources, room-set-up support (including in a virtual space), and high-quality customer service from program inception and participant registration through to program conclusion.
The role is also a key administrative function and support to the Academy's Regional Centres, leading the engagement and management of localised facilities-management service providers to ensure effective and safe operation of the Regional Centre.

About the Division
The Regional Division operates seven Regional Centres (i.e., Bairnsdale, Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong, Mildura, Moe, and Shep parton) to lead localised engagement and professional learning delivery, including across school sectors. It includes a local team in each location who knows the local school community and facilitates their engagement in professional learning.
The Division hosts statewide professional learning managed through the Leadership and Teaching Excellence Divisions. It works closely with the Academy Services Division for optimal participant support and customer service. It works closely with the Business Services Division for efficient learning space and technology management.
