About the Division
The Academy Services Division provides a range of specialist services to colleagues across the Academy, and to program participants (potential and current) to ensure high quality professional learning, and an optimal experience for our stakeholders. The Division's four specialist areas include learning design, data evaluation and evidence, communications and marketing, and participant and program support.
About the Role
The purpose of the Participant and Program Support (PPS) team is to ‘know our participants' and support their engagement with the Academy. The PPS team is large and collaborative in nature; and seek to provide seamless service to their stakeholders and are committed to delivering excellence through every interaction they lead.
Participant and Program Officers (PPOs) are brokered into program management teams to support the delivery of an optimal, high quality and consistent professional learning experience. The team also provide support to both participants and project teams based on a variety of processes and procedures to support consistency and efficiency.
