About the role
Join and support a high performing legal team with the systems, processes and delivery that keep it running. The Paralegal/Project Administrator plays a key role in supporting the in-house Legal team within the Governance, Legal, Operations and Engagement division, providing project, coordination and operational support across the breadth of the team's work.
This is a busy in-house environment where a lot happens, and no two days are the same. One day you are actioning an FOI document review, the next you are improving how legal matters get triaged and flow, the next you are reviewing law firm proposals and reporting your findings to decision makers, and another day you are triaging the varied queries your colleagues need legal support on. You will work closely with the General Counsel, Principal Lawyers and internal clients, bringing a practical, get it done approach to everything you touch.
This role provides the opportunity to develop your skills, work collaboratively across the organisation, and contribute to outcomes that support fair, reliable and accessible essential services for Victorian consumers.
