About the Role:
This full-time, Fixed Term position within the Cardiology Department at The Royal Children's Hospital provides parental leave cover. There may also be opportunities for ongoing employment beyond the initial fixed-term period.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cardiac Physiologist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the ongoing advancement of a world-leading paediatric Cardiology service. The successful applicant will play an integral role in our clinical program, share their expertise with colleagues, and contribute positively to the department's collaborative and supportive culture.
In addition to your primary clinical responsibilities, you may be involved in the supervision and mentoring of junior staff, Cardiac Physiologists, and trainees, depending on your experience and expertise. For applicants with experience in adult echocardiography who are looking to expand their skill set, comprehensive training in paediatric echocardiography will be provided by our highly skilled team of paediatric Cardiac Physiologists.
Depending on qualifications, skills, and experience, classification for this role will range from BB1 (Grade 2, Year 1) to BC4 (Grade 3, Year 4), $90,235.60-$118,981.20 per annum, plus superannuation.
