About the Role:
The People & Culture Advisor is a trusted partner and key contributor to delivering an exceptional employee experience at Energy Safe Victoria. This role works closely with the Senior P&C Business Partner to provide high-quality people advice, supports leaders to build capability, and drive people initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and
organisational performance.
Working collaboratively across the People & Culture division, the Advisor supports the design, delivery and continuous improvement of people practices, policies and programs. The role also contributes to priority projects aligned to Energy Safe's People Strategy, including workforce capability, inclusion, performance development, and employee engagement.
You will contribute by:
To be successful, you'll have:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated experience providing contemporary HR advice and support within a business partnering or advisory context.
• Strong understanding of employment frameworks, policies and legislation and industrial agreements.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to deliver initiatives from concept to implementation.
• High level of judgement, discretion and problem
-solving capability.
• Adaptable, proactive and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex content into clear, practical guidance.
• Experience in the Victorian public sector or a regulatory environment.(desired)
