Hazel Glen College is located in the City of Whittlesea, one of Melbourne¿s fastest growing municipalities. Hazel Glen College has an active and integral role in the ongoing development of the Doreen community hub.
The College commenced at the beginning of the 2014 school year with 143 students. Growth of the College was rapid, with the College growing to a current size of 2,200 students and 250 staff.
During 2025, the College has transitioned to a Kindergarten, Primary P-6 and Secondary 7 -12 model. A Child Family Centre, comprising, kindergarten, extended day care, playgroups, intervention services, maternal health centre and various other community service groups, co-located on the school site, creates an exciting and innovative early childhood education precinct.

SC1 Demonstrate a capacity to work within an Out of Hours School Care Program including the ability to work along side other support staff and to help develop procedures and guidelines relating to the work area. Demonstrate ability to follow direction of OSHC Program Manager.
SC 2 Demonstrate the capacity to work as part of a team to plan and implement a variety of stimulating and fun activities to suit the various range of age levels.
SC3 Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate commitment to the development of strong links with the school, parents and the local community.
SC 4 Demonstrate the ability to be an exemplary model in regards to integrity, sensitivity and the capacity to maintain confidentiality in line with the Child Safe Standards and College Code of Conduct.
SC 5 Demonstrate your understanding of the Quality Assurance process of the National Quality Framework, National Standards and the Children¿s Services Regulations May 2009.
Hazel Glen College OSHC is committed to providing a high quality care program for children and families that access the Before School Care and After School Care. The OSHC educator is responsible, in consultation with the Principal and the OSHC Program Manager, for the preparation, implementation and evaluation of a developmentally school age appropriate program for the individual children or groups, while ensuring that;
