About the role
Reporting to the Manager - Organisational Development, the Organisational Development Advisor assists in implementing a range of programs and projects focused on workforce development, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, leadership capability, wellbeing and organisational culture. This includes supporting the delivery of learning and development activities, coordinating employee surveys and feedback processes, and helping to embed frameworks that enhance talent management and staff wellbeing.
The Organisational Development Advisor works collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify development needs and deliver practical solutions that promote growth, inclusion, and continuous improvement. The role also supports the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to evaluate the impact of OD initiatives and inform future planning.
