As a Team Leader, you’ll guide a passionate, multidisciplinary team of practitioners, driving high-quality, integrated responses across intake, assessment and planning. You’ll provide strong clinical and operational leadership, support staff development, and lead responses to complex cases, all while ensuring safe, timely and client-centred outcomes.
Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you’ll collaborate across partner agencies, strengthen integrated practice, and help shape a responsive, innovative service that keeps victim survivors, children and families at the centre.
