About the role
Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead streamlined operations in five regional offices in the North catchment. Reporting to the Regional Associate Director, North, you will manage administrative functions and lead initiatives to enhance statewide service delivery and operations.
Your role will involve working collaboratively with stakeholders to coordinate streamlined regional operations, aligning them with VLA's strategic goals, and driving service improvements. You'll also manage key projects including developing data and service analysis to enhance delivery of VLA services.
The North catchment includes offices in Bendigo, Broadmeadows, Ringwood, Shepparton, and Mildura, and an expanding staff presence in Wodonga, focusing on improving access to legal services for clients in outer-metropolitan and regional areas. This position requires regular travel, including overnight travel across these offices to meet service needs.
This role is based at Dja Dja Wurrung, Yorta Yorta, and Wurundjeri Country.
